The Tranquility TopLiner Contour pad is a booster pad.  This contour booster pad is designed to absorb urine then allow the excess urine to flow through to the diaper below.  This added protection reduces leakage, rashes, and changing the diaper during the night.  It is easy to change.  These booster pads also contain bowel incontinence.  There is no adhesive backing.
